My most recent assignment has been junior high school principal, previous to this I was assistant superintendent and special projects director. *Led district administrative services which includes board policy management, construction, district operations, maintenance, transportation, food service, health services, vocational education, technology and computer education, drivers education, discipline alternative program, hearing officer, coordinate facility use by outside groups, coordinator athletic events, data processing, student records, state reporting, and PEIMS.
*Teamed with superintendent to establish the vision and lead with responsibility for curriculum planning, innovative instructional programs, implementation of site based decision making, and development of district plans.
*Leadership has led to three recognized campuses, two significant gain awards.
*Teamed with superintendent to plan and pass a bond issue of 14.1 million dollars, which lead to a five year district improvement project.
*Led the district annual budget preparation, allocation of resources and salary system resulting in a 1.3 million dollar surplus.
*Led finance, personnel, business and tax departments.
*Led educational departments with campus and district level authority. Responsibilities included planning, organizing, budgeting, service provision, personnel, curriculum development, scheduling, grant writing, evaluation, compliance, conflict resolution, and student discipline.
*Acting superintendent when the superintendent left the district or as directed.

Classroom Teacher *Planned instruction and taught math, English, reading, and vocational classes. *Developed curriculum and new programs for regular and handicapped students. *Responsibility for the location, negotiation, and placement of handicapped vocational students in employment. Served in role of special education counselor, and educational diagnostician.
